Grades & Variants
Aromatic RPO
High solvency aromatic process oil for natural and synthetic rubber compounding where extender oil cost is a primary driver.
Naphthenic RPO
Balanced solvency and low pour point for technical rubber goods, hoses and seals.
Paraffinic RPO
Light-coloured, low-aromatic process oil for white sidewall tyres, EPDM compounds and light rubber goods.

Quality & Documentation
Each Rubber Process Oil (RPO) Supplier — Aromatic, Naphthenic, Paraffinic shipment is supplied with Certificate of Analysis (COA), Product Data Sheet (PDS) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS / SDS). Independent third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek or equivalent) is available on request and arranged at the loading port prior to vessel departure. See our Quality & Compliance page for full documentation standards.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between RPO and TDAE?
RPO is a general category of rubber process oils that includes aromatic, naphthenic and paraffinic types. TDAE is a specific low-PAH aromatic extender oil for EU-regulated tyre manufacture. For non-tyre rubber goods, conventional aromatic and naphthenic RPO are still widely used.
Which RPO grade is right for my compound?
Aromatic RPO maximises solvency and cost-efficiency in NR and SBR compounds. Naphthenic suits technical rubber goods needing low pour point. Paraffinic is preferred for light-coloured, low-staining applications like EPDM and white sidewalls.
What viscosity grades are available?
Light (V40 ≈ 30 cSt) through heavy (V40 ≈ 1,000 cSt) viscosity grades across all three RPO families. Custom blending available for specific compound requirements.
