    Frequently Asked Questions

Is your aromatic oil REACH compliant?

Buyers requiring REACH-compliant low-PAH grades should specify TDAE as an alternative — see our TDAE product page. Traditional aromatic oils (DAE/RAE-equivalent) remain available for markets and applications where PAH limits do not apply.

What packaging options do you offer?

Aromatic oil is supplied in ISO tank, flexibag, drums (200L), IBC (1000L) and tank truck. Bulk vessel parcels are available subject to volume and destination port.

    Which Incoterms are available?

FOB, CFR and CIF are commonly used. Specific shipment structure depends on origin, destination port and packaging.

How fast can you respond to an RFQ?

Commercial RFQs are reviewed by our team against product availability, logistics and commercial requirements.
